When Griffity Studios first sat down to imagine Oxby, we didn't start with features. We started by listening. Our engineers spent weeks shadowing salon owners, mapping every click, every phone call, and every double-booked afternoon that led to stress.
We mapped the daily pain points: the "no-show" that hurts the bottom line, the confusing checkout process, and the manual inventory tracking that steals time from family.
What followed was a journey of hundreds of design iterations. We sketched flows on whiteboards in Lalitpur, debated the placement of every button, and threw away entire prototypes that didn't feel "beautiful enough."
